Our range of HDPE/PVC Lined R.C.C. Pipes Or PE Lined Pipes is generally used for sanitary sewer and gravity piping system. These pipes have a smooth internal surface with spiral profiled outer surface. The jacking pipe exhibit high ring strength due to their profiled exterior. In addition, grooved spiral profile provides an excellent underground anchorage along with considerable resistance to impact load. The elongation of pipe under thermal stress is negligible and no compensating bellows or mechanism is required.

Ø We manufacture a huge range of HDPE/PVC Lined Pipes varying from 300 mm to 2400 mm of diameter.

Ø The use of a thin layer of soft or semi soft PVC or PE lines on the inside of the concrete pipe surface.

Salient Features:-

Ø A multilayer PE pipe has improved resistance to oxidizing agents in water.

Ø The pipe also has an oxygen barrier layer, such as PVC, contiguously disposed radially outward from the PEX layer.

Ø The pipe is suitable for potable water applications and for hot water radiant heating systems.
